ARTICLE 1 – COMPANY IDENTIFICATION

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the booking, execution, and payment of passenger transportation services provided by Driver of the King. Any booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 3 – SERVICES PROVIDED

Driver of the King offers: - Airport transfers - Train station transfers - Private chauffeur services - Business travel - Private transportation - Wedding transportation - Event transportation - Long-distance journeys - Chauffeur-driven vehicle hire - Premium sedan and van transportation All services are provided by prior reservation only.

ARTICLE 4 – BOOKINGS

Reservations may be made: - Via the Driver of the King website - By telephone - Through partner applications - Via the online booking system Customers must provide accurate information. Any error relating to pickup address, destination, telephone number, date, time, flight number or train number remains the customer’s responsibility. Driver of the King reserves the right to refuse bookings due to incomplete information, lack of availability, previous inappropriate behaviour or suspected fraud.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES

Prices are displayed in Euros (€), VAT included. Additional charges may apply for route changes, additional stops, extended waiting time, tolls, parking or specific requests after booking confirmation.

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods: - Bank card - Cash (within legal limits) - Secure online payment - Bank transfer upon prior agreement All services must be paid in full.

ARTICLE 7 – AIRPORT PICK-UP

Customers must provide their flight number. Flight tracking allows pickup adjustments in case of reasonable delays.

ARTICLE 8 – TRAIN STATION PICK-UP

Customers are encouraged to provide their train number to facilitate pickup in case of delays.

ARTICLE 9 – WAITING TIME

Complimentary waiting time: - 15 minutes for standard pickups - 30 minutes at train stations - 60 minutes after actual landing time at airports

ARTICLE 10 – CANCELLATION

Free cancellation up to 3 hours before pickup. Less than 3 hours: up to 100% of the booking amount may be charged.

ARTICLE 11 – BOOKING MODIFICATIONS

Changes after confirmation may result in additional charges.

ARTICLE 12 – CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

Customers agree to respect the chauffeur, vehicle and applicable laws, wear a seatbelt, refrain from smoking and not transport dangerous or illegal goods.

ARTICLE 13 – REFUSAL OF SERVICE

Service may be refused or terminated in case of intoxication, aggressive behaviour, threats, drug use or safety risks.

ARTICLE 14 – LUGGAGE

Oversized luggage, dangerous goods and prohibited items may be refused.

ARTICLE 15 – PETS

Pets are accepted only upon prior agreement. Guide dogs are always accepted in accordance with applicable regulations.

ARTICLE 16 – LOST PROPERTY

Driver of the King cannot be held liable for forgotten items. Shipping or collection costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

ARTICLE 17 – DAMAGE AND CLEANING

Exceptional cleaning or damage may be charged up to €300 VAT included.

ARTICLE 18 – INSURANCE

Passengers are covered by mandatory insurance in accordance with French regulations.

ARTICLE 19 – FORCE MAJEURE

Driver of the King shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

ARTICLE 20 – COMPLIMENTARY UPGRADE

A complimentary vehicle upgrade may be offered without financial compensation.

ARTICLE 21 – PERSONAL DATA

ARTICLE 22 – COMPLAINTS

ARTICLE 23 – CONSUMER MEDIATION

Customers may use an approved French consumer mediation service for unresolved disputes.

ARTICLE 24 – APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by French law.

ARTICLE 25 – JURISDICTION

French courts shall have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 26 – ACCEPTANCE

By making a reservation, customers acknowledge that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.
